Women’s Yoga, Meditation & Hiking Retreat - Sedona, AZ


October 16-20, 2024


Indulge in serenity and self-care amidst the captivating landscapes of Sedona, Arizona, surrounded by a circle of fun and loving women. This 5-day/4-night retreat promises a transformative experience, leaving you feeling replenished and empowered to embrace life with renewed energy.


You will instantly find peace in our luxury retreat home with its stunning backdrop of Thunder Mountain and access to hiking trails from the backyard! This home will be our healing space for the duration of the retreat. 


Each morning begins with a harmonizing journey of mind and body through a 75-minute yoga session and 20-minute meditation. In the afternoons we will bask in the beauty of Sedona on nearby hikes. The evenings allow for relaxing in our hot tub and heated pool and bonding with the group. Delicious, healthy meals will be a mix of family-style at the retreat house, catering, and restaurants.

Day 1

  • 3 PM - Check into retreat house
  • 4 PM - Welcome circle, introductions
  • 5-6:30 PM - Dinner
  • 7 PM - Cacao ceremony, meditation & intention setting

Day 2

  • 7:30 AM - Light snack & coffee/tea
  • 8 AM - 75 min. Asana Practice & Guided Meditation
  • 9:30 AM - Breakfast
  • 11 AM - Hike Andante to Soldier’s Pass, Sinkhole, Seven Sacred Pools, & Vortex
  • 2 PM - Lunch
  • 3 PM - Free time 
  • 6 PM - Dinner
  • 8 PM - Full Moon Ritual, tarot cards, write & burn journaling practice

Day 3

  • 7:30 AM - Light snack & coffee/tea
  • 8 AM - 75 min. Asana Practice & Sound Meditation
  • 9:30 AM - Breakfast
  • 11 AM - Aura Photos & Shopping
  • 2 PM - Lunch in town
  • 3 PM - Free time
  • 6 PM - Dinner
  • 7 PM - Pool Circle

Day 4

  • 4:30 AM - Light snack & coffee/tea
  • 5 AM - Sunrise Hike to Devil’s Bridge
  • 7:00 AM - Breakfast
  • 8:30 AM - Restorative Yoga Practice + Walking Meditation 
  • 11 AM - Lunch
  • 12 PM - Free time (optional 2nd hike to Keyhole Cave)
  • 5 PM - Dinner in town
  • 8 PM - Journaling Workshop

Day 5

  • 7:30 AM - Breakfast
  • 8:30 AM - Stupa & Hike to Sugarloaf
  • 11 AM - Light Lunch, Laughing Meditation & Closing Circle

Travel Information

  • Most attendees will fly into Phoenix. There are 2 options from there:
  • Take a shuttle to Sedona 
  • Rent a car at the Phoenix airport and drive to Sedona (2 hours)

Cancellation Policy:

  • Deposit ($500 per person) is not refundable in any situation
  • After the full payment is made, trip balance (not including non-refundable deposit and any non-refundable payments made to suppliers) may be refunded in full only if trip is sold out and a new and previously unregistered participant books your canceled spot and pays in full.

I go by the name Hippy Fit because my approach to fitness and yoga transcends the superficial; it's about fostering a profound connection with our bodies and minds.  Join us for an unforgettable journey through the heart of Peru as we hike the legendary 26-mile Inca Trail to the breathtaking ruins of Machu Picchu! This group trip, organized by Travel Light, promises an immersive experience filled with stunning landscapes, rich history, and vibrant culture. We Kick off our adventure in the charming city of Cusco, the historic capital of the Inca Empire. We’ll spend the first few days acclimatizing to the altitude while exploring Cusco’s vibrant markets, exquisite colonial architecture, and nearby archaeological sites. Enjoy a guided tour to the Sacred Valley, where you’ll marvel at the ancient ruins of Ollantaytambo and Pisac. Enjoy local cuisine and immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of this enchanting region. The journey continues as we embark on the iconic Inca Trail. Over four exhilarating days, we’ll trek through stunning Andean landscapes, lush cloud forests, and fascinating Incan sites. We are hiking a 70-mile section of the most popular trek in Europe. Luxury Trekking is a unique way to experience the mountains on foot without carrying heavy gear.
